A call to police over the weekend helped officers remove an impaired driver from Angus Streets.
On Sunday (jan6) Nottawasaga OPP responded to a call from a concerned citizen who felt a vehicle was being driven in an erratic manner.
Officers located the vehicle in question in a parking lot and during their investigation officers determined the driver was in no condition to drive due to being impaired by alcohol.
As a result a 37 year old Alliston woman was arrested and charged Driving while Impaired.
Turns out she was also driving while suspended.
She received an immediate 90 day license suspension and her vehicle was impounded for a week.
