Stevenson Memorial Hospital patient will now have easier access to their medical records.
The Alliston hospital has launched a new online portal called Patient Connect.
This is Phase 2 of Stevenson Memorial’s new Health Information System.
Patient Connect gives patients and families the ability to view upcoming appointments and procedures, lab results and diagnostic imaging reports, notes from healthcare providers and a patient’s visit history
The online records system is in partnership with Southlake Regional Health Centre and Markham-Stouffville Hospital.
You can enroll in Patient Connect in the hospital’s main entrance at Stevenson Memorial.
