A changing of the guard at Nottawasaga Futures.
As of Tuesday (nov 26), Martin Kuzma will become the new CEO for Nottawasaga Community Economic Development Corporation, NT Temps and Nottawasaga Futures.
He replaces Colleen Gouldsen who is stepping down after over 22 year years at the helm.
Gouldsen has recently moved to Ottawa and “…felt it was not practical to have the CEO 6 hours away.”
She say in her 22 plus years at the helm the organization has come a long way

Gouldsen says she will continue to be a support resource until at least March working remotely from Ottawa
Martin Kuzma has been with Nottawasaga Futures for about 7 years and Gouldsen says he was always being groomed to be her successor
