Matthews House Hospice in Alliston is hosting their second annual Scotch Tasting event on May 1.
Last year’s event brought out over 50 people to their Centre of Excellence to do some taste testing.
Brenda Pufek is Head of Community Engagement and Development for Matthews House.
She because of the novel coronavirus pandemic, things will look a little different this time around.
Pufek says for $100 you will have 5 specially selected flavours of Scotch delivered to your house.
Then, on Friday May 1, everyone will connect virtually and a Scotch Educator, Collector and Connoisseur will walk you through the various selections to help you better understanding what is in your glass.
