Hollis English grew up on Murphy’s farm and 10 years ago took over the Murphy’s Farm Market and Bakery in Alliston.
Besides the farm fresh produce and baked goods, she has found the time to do a fair bit of charity work.
They have worked with OPP on their Christmas Shop with a Cop initiative and have raised money for the Stevenson Memorial Hospital Foundation
The COVID-19 pandemis forced changes to many business in South Simcoe and Murphy’s was not an exception.
The rolled with it, actually opened early, added a drive thru window and taught baking classes online
