The County of Simcoe is investing in affordable housing in Bradford West Gwillimbury.
Simcoe County Council has approved a 50 unit housing project at the intersection of Simcoe Road and Marshview Boulevard.
Greg Bishop is the General Manager of Social and Community Services with the County, he says the land for the build has been donated by the Town of Bradford West
Gwillimbury.

Bishop says the building will also be near elementary schools, green spaces and a future plaza.
Construction is expected to begin in the early spring of next year (2022) and tenants are expected to start moving in near the end of 2023.
