The Provincial Government has approved an addition at an existing elementary school in New Tecumseth.
The Simcoe County District School Board received a stamp of approval to proceed to tender with a Child Care renovation at Tecumseth Beeton Elementary School.
The $1.1 million project will create a two room child care centre with space for 39 children.
The investment is part of the Ontario government’s commitment to provide $14 billion to support school construction, repair, and renewal over 10 a year period.
