Police are appealing to the public for help identifying a suspect following a theft at a jewelry store in the Town of Innisfil.
South Simcoe Police say on March 18 a man entered a jewelry store at Tanger Outlets Mall in Cookstown, took an item from a display case, placed it in his pocket and left without
attempting to pay.
The item is valued at approximately $5,000.
An image of the suspect has been released and police indicate the man may be wearing a prosthetic nose.
Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
