The Nottawasaga Inn and Resort was evacuated Monday (mar25) morning after a fire on the first floor.
New Tecumseth Fire Rescue quickly extinguished the flames, that were contained to a conference room.
The resort did suffer smoke damage to other areas of the building.
No injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
