Residents between North York, Borden, and Wasaga Beach can expect to see an increase in the number of Military vehicles this weekend.
Members of the Canadian Army Reserve from the 32nd Canadian Brigade Group will be conducting convoy and supply operations Friday through Sunday (may3-5).
Military traffic will be visible on area roads, including Highways 400 and the 401.
Soldiers participating in “Exercise Trillium Venture” will not be carrying weapons or ammunition.
This training exercise is to ensure the military’s readiness to respond to emergencies, such as flooding and wildfires.
