The Town of Innisfil is bringing back its ‘Scrooge the Ticket’ campaign for the tenth year.
The campaign aims to create a positive impact during the holiday season by encouraging residents to embrace the spirit of giving and help
those in need.
Anyone who receives a parking ticket in the Town of Innisfil between November 11 and the 25 can make a donation of money, toys, or non-perishable food items… equivalent to their fine.
Monetary donations will be split between the Innisfil Food Bank and the Troy Scott Community Fridges.
Toys will go to local children through the Innisfil Community Church.
Over the past 10 years the Scrooge the Ticket campaign has collected more than $33,000 in toys, cash and food for local families.
