A South Simcoe police constable, has died while under investigation following a complaint involving an alleged sexual assault.
Paul Catling was facing nine counts of discreditable conduct.
The Special Investigations Unit determined no criminal charges were warranted, but a Police Services Act investigation led to a discreditable conduct charge of the 15-year police force veteran.
