If you’re looking to add some greenery to your property this spring, the Nottawasaga Valley Conservation Authority is inviting local residents to its 35th annual Arbour Day Tree Sale, happening Saturday, May 10th.
The sale runs from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Tiffin Centre for Conservation.
With a wide variety of native tree and shrub species available—including white pine, red oak, silver maple, and black walnut—the event gives homeowners and landowners a chance to support the environment while stocking up on affordable trees.
Bundles of 10 bare root seedlings are priced at $35 each, and are sold on a first come, first served basis.
