Nottawasaga OPP responded to a vehicle in the ditch call at the intersection of Highway 89 and County Road 56 early Monday morning.
Officers determined there were grounds to believe the driver was impaired, they were arrested on scene.
A 27-year-old from Cookstown now faces multiple impaired driving charges, including driving with liquor readily available in the vehicle.
