Nottawasaga OPP responded to a single-vehicle accident shortly after midnight on Monday.
Officers found the vehicle in a ditch on Tottenham Road and determined the driver was impaired by alcohol.
A 36-year-old Tottenham resident was arrested and charged, he will appear in court this week.
