Tim Hortons has announced that this year’s Camp Day campaign raised more than $13 million for Tim Hortons Foundation Camps, which support underserved youth across Canada.
The funds will help send young people to multi-year camp programs designed to build confidence, resilience, and other essential life skills.
Camp Day is an annual event where 100% of hot and iced coffee sales are donated to the foundation. In addition to coffee sales, funds are raised through Camp Day donuts, bracelets, donation badges, and local initiatives organized by individual Tim Hortons locations.
Since its launch, Camp Day has raised over $275 million and helped more than 325,000 youth attend Tim Hortons Camps. Organizers credit the success of this year’s campaign to customer support and the involvement of restaurant owners and staff.
