On July 26 at about 4:30 p.m., South Simcoe Police responded to the report of a collision in Bradford West Gwillimbury in the area of Holland Street West and Church Street.
Both South Simcoe Police and Fire attended the scene. A motorcycle driver was identified as a male from Bradford. He sustained severe injuries as a result of the collision. The motorcycle had been travelling westbound on Holland Street West at a high rate of speed and collided with the front left corner of a vehicle making a turn onto Church Street.
As a result of the impact, the driver was thrown from the bike and the motorcycle then collided with two other vehicles in a nearby plaza. The driver of the motorcycle was transported to a hospital and remains in stable condition. The investigation remains open and is ongoing.
