South Simcoe Police have made an arrest after a citizen reported unusual activity at Innisfil Beach Park.
It was reported two people were carrying a full case of beer near their car, Police stopped the vehicle and found the driver impaired.
He was also driving without valid insurance and had an expired temporary sticker.
The driver faces a number charges, including impaired driving and driving without insurance.
His driver’s license has been suspended and vehicle was impounded.
