Demolition work will start August 11th at 4 Mill Street downtown Tottenham to clear space for expanded public parking.
The first phase will remove the former show home, and later this fall, a second phase will take down the car wash and barn.
The site will be fenced off, nearby sidewalks will be closed for safety, but no road closures are expected.
Once complete, the area will reopen as new parking for public use in the downtown core.
