Two people from Bradford are facing multiple charges after a road rage incident.
It began on Highway 400 northbound and continued onto the County Road 88 off-ramp on Tuesday, October 28th, at around 11:15 a.m.
According to South Simcoe Police, the altercation between drivers of a grey Audi AQ3 and a black Acura RDX escalated when a grey Dodge Ram drove the wrong way up the on-ramp, and its driver allegedly assaulted the Audi driver and took their phone. The driver of the truck was reportedly wearing an “outlaw motorcycle gang vest.”
A 51-year-old man has been charged with:
- Dangerous Operation – two counts
- Robbery
- Intimidation
- Assault
- Cause disturbance
- Drive Motor Vehicle – Stunt
A 43-year-old woman faces:
- Intimidation
- Cause Disturbance
- Operate Motor Vehicle with Hand-Held Communication Device
- Interfere with Traffic
Both accused are scheduled to appear in court on November 27th.
