County of Simcoe Paramedic Services has launched its 23rd Annual Food and Toy Drive to support families and children in need during the holiday season.
Residents can make financial donations online or drop off new, unwrapped toys, non-perishable food, and gift cards at designated locations.
Over 22 years, the campaign has collected more than 130,000 toys, nearly 89,000 lbs of food, and over $289,000 in monetary donations. County officials say the drive continues to show the compassion and commitment of local paramedics and community supporters.
Donation bins are available at the County Administration Centre and paramedic stations, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., until December 21st:

- Penetanguishene – 10 Robert Street West
- Springwater – 1110 Snow Valley Road in Midhurst

- Barrie Santa Claus Parade ~ 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
- Alliston Santa Claus Parade ~ 6:00 to 7:00 p.m.
- Bradford West Gwillimbury Santa Claus Parade ~ 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
Sunday, November 16th:
- Bradford West Gwillimbury Rattlers Hockey Game ~ Bradford Leisure Centre ~ 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.
