Two suspects face 37 charges after a stolen vehicle crashed into a Bradford West Gwillimbury home during a police investigation.
Police say officers were called at around 11:45 a.m. on Monday, December 8th for a reported retail theft, and soon spotted a vehicle matching the suspect description fleeing the area. The driver allegedly lost control near Royal Court and hit a home before two occupants ran through several nearby backyards. Officers contained the neighbourhood and arrested both suspects without further incident, later linking them to additional thefts in Bolton and Orillia the same day. Investigators recovered more than $8,000 in stolen property and determined the vehicle had been stolen from Durham Region in mid-November.
