Winterfest is returning to New Tecumseth this February, offering a full day of family-friendly activities and winter-themed fun at the New Tecumseth Recreation Centre in Alliston.
The annual event will take place on Saturday, February 7th, running from 11:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and will feature a mix of indoor and outdoor attractions designed for all ages. Highlights include the popular Winterfest Train, WonderPhil magic shows at noon and 2:00 p.m., a Tiny Bean soft play zone for toddlers, and free indoor skating from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.
Visitors can also enjoy face painting, make-and-take crafts, and a maple taffy station, while Maple Trail Farm alpacas will be on site for guests to meet. An indoor vendor market will showcase local businesses, offering a variety of unique items and handmade goods.
Organizers say Winterfest is an opportunity for residents and visitors to come together and celebrate the winter season in a welcoming, community-focused setting.
