A 61-year-old Barrie man is facing multiple weapons charges following an incident Sunday night on Ottaway Avenue.

No injuries were reported.
Investigators later executed a search warrant at the residence and seized several long guns, knives and ammunition.

The accused has been charged with:
- Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose
- Unauthorized Possession of a Weapon
- Knowledge of Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm
- Careless Storage of a Firearm
Police say the investigation remains ongoing.
