The Simcoe County District School Board is inviting parents and guardians to register for a free four-part webinar series focused on mental health and substance use.
The sessions, hosted by School Mental Health Ontario as part of the By Your Side series, will feature presentations from leading experts on:
- balanced device use (March 5th)
- vaping (April 10th)
- body image (May 7th)
- anxiety (June 5th)
Parents and guardians can submit questions in advance to be addressed during each session, with additional time set aside for a live question-and-answer period.
English and French sessions will be offered for each topic and will be added to the By Your Side Learning Hub as they become available. The site also provides additional resources to help families support their child’s mental health.
