Residents in New Tecumseth are being invited to take part in the community’s annual Spring Clean Up Event.
The Town of New Tecumseth says the initiative will run April 12th to April 26th, encouraging residents, families, schools, businesses, and community groups to help clean parks, schoolyards, trails, and neighbourhood spaces.
Participants can choose a cleanup location, register their group, and arrange to receive free cleanup supplies from the Town. Groups can then collect litter at any time during the event window.
Town staff will collect filled garbage bags from pre-arranged drop-off locations to make participation easier for volunteers.
