A Freezing Rain Warning has been issued for the area:
“Freezing rain is expected to change over to rain later this morning as temperatures rise above the zero mark.
“Roads and walkways will likely become icy and slippery. There may be a significant impact on rush hour traffic. Local utility outages are possible. There is risk of injury due to slips and falls.”
