Motorists travelling through Beeton this weekend should prepare for temporary road closures during the annual Beeton Honey & Garden Festival.
The Town of New Tecumseth says several roads will be closed on Saturday, May 23rd, from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. to accommodate festival activities and pedestrian traffic.
The affected areas include:
- Main Street from Dayfoot Street to Patterson Street
- Centre Street from Maple Avenue to Dale Drive
- Second Street from Main Street to Prospect Street
Drivers are encouraged to plan ahead, expect delays and use alternate routes where possible during the event.
