The Town of Innisfil is looking for public feedback on recreation and community service fees through a new survey aimed at helping shape future pricing and affordability programs.
The survey asks residents about their experiences using Town facilities and programs, including arenas, community halls, sports fields, recreation centres, summer camps, and special events. Officials say the feedback will help determine how satisfied residents are with current fees and identify opportunities to improve affordability while maintaining access to community spaces.
“Staying active and involved is key to our overall health, and we want to ensure all residents have the opportunity to participate in the many programs the Town provides,” says Mayor Lynn Dollin.
According to the Town, responses will be used to better understand how residents use municipal services, what barriers they may face, and what improvements could be made to future fee structures and financial assistance programs.
As an incentive, participants who complete the survey will be entered for a chance to win a $100 gift certificate that can be used toward a Town recreation program or facility rental.
The survey is open until Friday, July 31st.
