No one was injured after a house fire destroyed a home in the Newton Robinson area over the weekend.
Bradford West Gwillimbury Fire and Emergency Services responded to the blaze near the intersection of County Road 27 and Line 10 at about 3:00 a.m. on Sunday, July 26th. Crews received assistance from fire departments in East Gwillimbury, Innisfil, and New Tecumseth, as well as South Simcoe Police.
The older house was destroyed in the fire and is considered a total loss.
The cause of the fire is not considered suspicious. A damage estimate was not made available.
