Two people are facing numerous charges after police seized a loaded firearm during a traffic stop on Highway 11 in Oro-Medonte.
OPP officers stopped a vehicle shortly before 2:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 8th, after observing it operating without rear lights. During the investigation, officers searched the vehicle and located a loaded firearm, 13 rounds of ammunition, a knife and suspected opioid pills.
A 28-year-old from Oro-Medonte and a 26-year-old from London have been charged with multiple offences, including several firearm-related charges.
