A Caledon man faces charges in connection with a robbery that occurred in New Tecumseth more than a year ago.
On May 28, 2025, Nottawasaga OPP were called to a report of a robbery at a home on Anderson Road. Prior to police arriving, the suspects left the scene.
On Aug. 19 of this year, the Nottawasaga OPP crime unit, along with Peel Regional Police, searched homes in Caledon and Brampton and made two arrests.
A man, 24, from Caledon is charged with robbery with a weapon, pointing a firearm, disguise with intent, conspiracy to commit indictable offence and possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000.
A second man, 23, from Brampton is charged with conspiracy to commit indictable offence.
