The IOOF Seniors Homes has launched its latest 50/50 raffle, with proceeds supporting the redevelopment and expansion of its long-term care home in Barrie.
Tickets are available throughout September, with the grand prize draw scheduled for Wednesday, September 30th. Sales will close at 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, September 29th.
Tickets are available at the following prices:
- 10 tickets for $10
- 40 tickets for $20
- 150 tickets for $50
- 400 tickets for $100
Those who purchase tickets before Friday, September 18th will also be entered into a $500 early bird draw.
The raffle is supporting a major redevelopment currently underway at the IOOF Seniors Homes. The project will add 64 new long-term care beds and upgrade 66 existing beds, creating a modern 226-bed facility once completed.
The redevelopment will take place in two phases, with Phase One expected to welcome residents in spring 2028 and Phase Two scheduled for early 2029.

Since 2022, the IOOF says its raffle program has raised more than $56,000 for the redevelopment project, including $4,310 from its most recent raffle in May.
