INNISFIL, Ont. — Timber Block is inviting homeowners and prospective clients to experience its custom-home community during the company’s annual Client Appreciation Day in Innisfil.
The Autumn Gathering will take place Saturday, Sept. 19, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Timber Block sales site, located at 1936 Commerce Park Drive.
Timber Block vice president of sales Greg Bruce said the gathering is one of his favourite events of the year because it brings together homeowners who have played an active role in designing their custom homes and cottages.
“Timber Block homeowners have always had a special connection to their custom home or cottage because they’ve designed it with their project team to become the perfect home for their individual needs,” Bruce said.
He said the event provides an opportunity to hear clients’ stories, see the pride they take in their homes and celebrate the community that has developed around the company.
Visitors will be able to tour two Timber Block model homes, meet members of the company’s project team and speak with current homeowners about their building experiences.

The afternoon will also feature live music, drinks and complimentary food supplied by World Barbecue Championship team Mean Moe’s and Charcuterie by Lauren.
“Live music, drinks, camaraderie, along with a couple of beautiful Timber Block models that new visitors can tour as well,” Bruce said.
Prospective homeowners will also be able to learn more about Timber Block’s design and building process.
Bruce said the company offers a fully custom process without requiring clients to make an immediate commitment to an entire project. Clients can work with Timber Block’s planning, design, engineering and construction specialists at their own pace.
“You get to design the perfect home, get it accurately priced and then you set your own schedule,” Bruce said.
Timber Block is also offering several promotions and prize draws connected to the gathering. Guests who attend will have an opportunity to win a Napoleon barbecue valued at $4,000.
The company’s event page also lists a $5,000 home-personalization package and savings of up to $25,000 on three featured Timber Block models.
