
The Town of New Tecumseth is inviting residents and visitors to take part in a lineup of fall programs and events at the Museum on the Boyne in Alliston.
It will host guided walking tours, a murder mystery evening, Halloween activities, a quilt exhibit reception and a P.A. day program focused on fungi.
“The Museum on the Boyne is a special place where residents and visitors can connect with our local history in meaningful and memorable ways,” says Mayor Richard Norcross. “This fall lineup offers something for many ages and interests, from heritage tours and exhibit programming to family activities and seasonal fun. I encourage everyone to explore the events and enjoy what the museum has to offer.”
The fall schedule includes:
- Heritage Home Walking Tour: Saturday, October 3rd, 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
- Alliston Union Cemetery Tour: Saturday, October 10th, 10:30 a.m. to noon
- Murder Mystery Night Out: Saturday, October 24th, 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Boo Bash: Wednesday, October 28th, 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Quilt Exhibit Reception: Thursday, November 19th, 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
- P.A. Day: Fall Fungi!: Friday, November 20th, 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
