South Simcoe Police cruiser
A man is facing multiple charges following an investigation into several break-and-enters and the theft of a lockbox from a property in Innisfil.
Members of the South Simcoe Police Service Street Crime Unit investigated incidents that occurred between June 1st and July 18th. Police say Michal Nowaczek-Said attended a property in Innisfil on multiple occasions and allegedly stole a lockbox containing a key to the residence.
Following several weeks of investigation, officers identified and arrested Nowaczek-Said on Thursday, September 17th.
He has been charged with:
- Theft Under $5,000
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000
- Breaking and Entering – Non-Residence – two counts.
The accused has a documented history of violent-related matters. South Simcoe Police released his name in the interest of public safety and awareness.
