An e-bike rider has suffered serious injuries following a collision involving a pickup truck in Bradford West Gwillimbury.
South Simcoe Police responded to the area of Church Street and Frederick Street at around 2:55 p.m. on Sunday, September 27th, after receiving a report of a motor vehicle collision.
Police and emergency services attended the scene. Preliminary information indicates the e-bike rider entered the path of the pickup truck before the two collided. The rider was transported to hospital with serious injuries.
The driver of the pickup truck remained at the scene and is cooperating with police.
Members of the South Simcoe Police Traffic Unit are assisting with the investigation. The circumstances surrounding the collision remain under investigation, and no further information is currently available.
