Recreation facilities, parks and libraries are the backbone of our community.

Keeping these spaces safe and welcoming takes all of us working together.

That’s what Respect Your Rec (RYR) is about—encouraging each of us to take actionable steps to respect our spaces and each other.

Join the Town of Orangeville to take the pledge and kick off Respect Your Rec month:

Wednesday, Nov. 4th 5 to 7 p.m at Alder Rec Centre atrium

Never attended our launch events before? Here’s what you can expect:

“signing” of the pledge wall using your handprint or name

taking fun pictures at the RYR photo booth

prizes to enjoy our recreation services

cupcakes (because cupcakes make every event better!)
