Plow trackers are up and running.
In the Town of New Tecumseth you can download the app Track My Plow to see where and when the plows are clearing snow, if they have been down your street and if sand or salt has been spread on the roads.
Jason Inwood is the Director of Operations with the Town of Innisfil.
He says they use a similar idea, that allows residents to track plows online using Snow Plow Tracker.
