Romance is alive and well in Alliston.
The third movie in a series based on the Harlequin Romance Novels featuring country superstar Zane and Jeannette wrapped up filming in New Tecumseth.
Brain Power Studio set up shop at the Gibson Centre to film part of their latest project.
Alliston Native, Marco Deufemia is the Director.
He says he uses every chance he can to film at home.

He says they were in the area last week when the snow storm hit…. lucky for them, the movie is based during the Christmas season and they were able to use the snow to their advantage.
Brain Power Studio has one location in Barrie and a second in Newmarket.
This movie is the 42nd project they have been involved in.
The 16th Harlequin Movie…which will initially run in the U.S…but will eventually be released on Netflix.
