
The province began loosening business restrictions last week including those on hardware stores and safety supply stores
Alliston Home Hardware opened up to the public over the weekend.
Jon Wilcox, is the Director of Operations for the store.
He says, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, they will be taking precautions that customers coming in need to be aware of.
Wilcox says staff at the store has been offered face masks but they are not mandatory.
They are only accepting contactless forms of payment and they will not be taking any returns for the time being.
As of Monday (may 11), retail stores being allowed to offer curbside pickups to customers.
