Last week the For Sale sign on the Red Pine Inn was changed to Sold.
We have confirmation that the Biffis Family, who own the Nottawasaga Inn and Resort, have agreed to purchase the Victoria St E multifaceted facility.
The sale closing date will likely be some time next month.
For the time being, myFM has been told it’s business as usual and the intention is to continue the day-to-day operations after closing.
