The health unit is offering up tips to help you keep your cool as the temperatures heads up.

Someone who has a high body temperature and is either unconscious, confused, or has stopped sweating…requires immediate medical attention.
To stay cool, the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit says remain inside, keep the blinds closed, wear sun screen if you do go out and keep yourself hydrated.
If you have air conditioning turn it on.
