Police have made aware of scammers trying to take advantage of businesses who work with the local hospital.
The Stevenson Memorial Hospital says the fraudulent activity revolves around advertising in a ‘Hospital Activity Guide’.
A spokesperson for the Alliston hospital says they have no affiliation with this publication.
Businesses and individuals are encouraged to be cautious if they receive a phone call or email regarding any type of publication involving the hospital at this time.
