Police have arrested and charged a person in relation to a murder investigation in Alliston.
Nottawasaga OPP have charged a 51 year old New Tecumseth resident with First-Degree Murder in the death of Sibel Duzguner.
Police have been investigating the 38 year old woman’s death since August 26, 2022.
That’s when police and emergency services responded to reports of gunfire at a residence on Kidd Crescent.
A female was located outside the residence with apparent gunshot wounds and transported to hospital, where she was pronounced deceased.
The accused is scheduled to make a virtual court appearance Friday afternoon (may24).
