Stevenson Memorial Hospital has released a new picture of what the hospital will look like when their redevelopment is complete.
The rendering of the Alliston hospital expansion shows off how the building will wrap around the current facility and increase its size!
The new building will contain the Emergency Department, which will be three times the size of our current ED and will also have its own dedicated entrance and enclosed ambulance bay.
Surgical Suites, Obstetrics, Medical/Surgical Inpatient Unit, Diagnostic Imaging, Laboratory, Medical Device Reprocessing and Pharmacy will also be included in the new facility.
Parking and landscaping will also be enhanced, with the property featuring native plants and trees.
Construction is estimated to be complete in 2028.
