Applications are being accepted for new affordable housing in Bradford.
50 units located at 125 Simcoe Road, offers 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms for families and seniors.
The housing is built on land donated by the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury.
It is located within walking distance of a future plaza, commercial amenities, schools, and transit.
The application deadline is July 16.
Residents are expected to be able to move in this fall (2024).
