A commercial vehicle traffic stop in New Tecumseth has led to multiple charges for both the driver and the operating company.
Nottawasaga OPP say they pulled a vehicle over on Industrial Parkway this week, after an Automated Licence Plate Recognition system flagged it for expired validation.
The local driver is now facing five charges, including operating without a valid permit and failing to carry an inspection schedule.
The company that owns the truck is also facing charges.
Police are reminding commercial drivers and operators of their responsibilities when it comes to vehicle safety and compliance.
