This past Sunday morning, South Simcoe Police responded to a report of a man pointing a firearm near the Bradford Curling Club.
Officers arrived on scene and detained three individuals, ultimately arresting one of them.
An imitation handgun and a quantity of drug paraphernalia were recovered at the scene.
Although the firearm was a replica, it is treated the same as a real weapon under Canadian law.
The man remains in custody pending a bail hearing.
