Officers responded to a two-vehicle collision on 11th Line near Side Road 20 in Essa yesterday afternoon.
One person fled the scene on foot but was located by the OPP Canine Unit.
A 28-year-old Essa resident was arrested and charged with impaired driving with alcohol and drugs, and failing to remain at the scene.
